Proving that stars can indeed avoid the paparazzi when they want to, Demi Moore has flown under the radar in the days since her hospitalization on January 23. According to E! Online, that's because the actress ditched Hollywood for Orem, Utah's Cirque Lodge sometime in the week after she was rushed to the hospital for seizure-like symptoms.

Cirque Lodge is known for catering to celebrity clientele, with Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes, Kirsten Dunst and Mary-Kate Olsen among its former patients. The mountain resort's rehab clinic's website boasts "the ultimate in luxury for those seeking help and addiction treatment," with "custom cedar ceilings, slate bathroom counter tops and jetted tubs."

A source told E! that Demi made the decision for in-patient treatment herself: "It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help."Meanwhile, Moore's youngest daughter, Tallulah, celebrated her 18th birthday at her dad Bruce Willis' home in Beverly Hills. Tallulah has been living with her father since her mother's hospitalization. Her sister Scout, 20, is studying at Brown University in Rhode Island, while her sister Rumer, 23, has her own place.

Blake opened up about her sex life in a new interview appearing in the March 2012 issue of Elle, revealing she's been with only four men. "I've never been with anyone that's not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it's because there's somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while."That's not all the young star had on her mind. She also dished on her close relationship with French shoe designer Christian Louboutin, and her desire to have children.

Being a fashionista, it's understandable Lively dreams of having "a few girls one day." Her back-up plan may surprise you though: "If not girls, they better be trannies," she says. After months of laying low, Adele finally has some good news. On Tuesday, the British chanteuse—who practically owned the airwaves in 2011—tweeted, "Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It's been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can't wait, speak soon xx."

Adele's announcement would have been at least 60 percent cooler had she not quoted will.i.am, but even so the news has fans rejoicing. The "Rolling in the Deep" singer has stayed out of the spotlight since canceling her tour in October, explaining that she'd soon be undergoing the knife to fix a bleeding polyp on her vocal cords: "I have absolutely no choice but to recuperate properly and fully, or I risk damaging my voice forever."

Adele, who has been nominated for six awards this year, joins confirmed performers Coldplay, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Foo Fighters, Kelly Clarkson, Bruno Mars, Jason Aldean, and Nicki Minaj. LL Cool J will host. Congratulations to Adele on her recovery! If her previous awards show performances are any indication, she's bound to steal the show come February 12.

Christina Aguilera was in rare form Saturday night. The singer wore a conservative (by her standards) skirt suit and teared up as she stood on stage at an L.A.-area church while telling hundreds of mourners of her admiration for the late Etta James.

The blonde delivered a heartfelt speech about her connection to the soul singer, who passed away at the age of 73 on January 20. Aguilera nervously explained her love for James and her music and told the crowd she's performed "At Last" at every single one of her concerts over the last 10 years. "I've aspired to sing like her, to be like her, to emulate her notes and her passion, and the love for what she did," Aguilera said before breaking out into song.

She performed a raspy, powerful version of "At Last" before leaving the stage. Rev. Al Sharpton delivered the eulogy at the funeral while Stevie Wonder also provided some emotional entertainment. He sang with the church choir and also belted out James' hit "Shelter From the Rain" during the two-hour service.

Demi Moore is currently seeking "professional assistance" at a facility after being rushed to the hospital last night, reports TMZ.

According to the gossip site, a 911 call was placed from Moore's L.A. home at about 11pm Monday night, where she was evaluated by paramedics before being taken to a local hospital. The actress has since been placed in a facility to seek "further professional assistance," for substance abuse according to TMZ's source. Meanwhile her rep blamed "exhaustion" and "stress."

"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," the 49-year-old's rep said. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."So far, no word from estranged husband Ashton Kutcher on the matter. As of Monday the actor was at Sao Paulo Fashion Week in Brazil.

Kristin Cavallari is trying to ease people's concern that she has been drinking while pregnant. Shortly after announcing that she and fiance Jay Cutler are expecting their first child together, the former star of "The Hills" explained that her previous tweet about drinking margaritas was posted to distance herself from any pregnancy rumors.

"I tweeted that I had margaritas a few weeks ago to throw ppl off cuz I had gotten a couple tweets about my pregnancy," tweeted the 25-year-old on Monday, January 23. "I didn't really drink!" She was trying to clarify her early January post that read, "Mexican and margs in chi town with some of my fav people."

Just hours earlier, the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant expressed her gratitude for the congratulatory messages she and her Chicago Bears quarterback fiance received following her pregnancy announcement. "Thanks for all the sweet messages! We are so excited for this little bun in the oven," so she wrote.

Cutler himself took to his Twitter to clarify other issues. Having thanked fans for the well-wishes, the 28-year-old wrote, "We don't usually comment on our relationship but for the record I never broke up with Kristin. Its unfortunate some people are saying hurtful things during such a joyous moment in our life."

Cavallari and Cutler shared their baby news on Sunday, January 22. The couple, who called off their engagement in July 2011 before reconciling in November the same year, told PEOPLE, "We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together. It's an amazing time in our life and we can't wait to meet the new addition to our growing family."

The big celebrity rumor of the weekend turned out to be true: Heidi Klum and Seal are definitely separating. The couple confirmed their split in a statement to People.com Saturday night. "While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate," they said in the written statement.

"We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

TMZ first reported the couple was headed for divorce Saturday, when sources with "direct knowledge" revealed the supermodel mom of 4 would file paperwork to end their marriage as early as next week. The couple have been married since 2005 and even renew their vows each May in a lavish ceremony. They have four children together, three biological and Seal adopted Heidi's daughter from a previous relationship in 2009. No word yet on when they'll actually file for divorce.

Surprisingly, however, the flouncy number was by Roland Mouret. Looks like the king of sleek minimalism flirted with draped silhouettes and youthful fabrics for spring. The lilac YSL shoes are admittedly a questionable choice, but when winter red carpets become a sea of LBDs, color is more than welcome.

Expressing her joy over being part of Jism 2, Sunny Leone says she is honoured to be working with Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt. “It will be my debut in the country as an actress and I am really excited. Pooja Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt are the people in the industry who are very respected and well-known. It is an honour after knowing who they are and their company, it is an honour to be asked by both of them to be in this movie,” Sunny said in a video posted by Mahesh Bhatt on YouTube.

Bhatt revealed Thursday that Sunny is the mystery girl in the first poster of the movie. The rest of the cast, including two male protagonists, is yet to be finalised. Sunny is an adult movie actress from Canada. She came to limelight in India with her stint in ‘Bigg Boss 5’.

After a bad break-up with Brad Womack, it seems that everything is finally coming up roses for Bachelor winner Emily Maynard. The North Carolina single mom is reportedly the newest Bachelorette (via People). Emily, 25, was previously engaged to Womack, 38, but their rocky relationship ended last summer.

"I wanted to be married and have more children, but I doubted he was going to still want to be with me," the southern charmer told Bachelor host Chris Harrison in a tear-filled July 2011 interview. "As a single mom, I don't have the luxury of saying 'we'll figure it out when we get there.' I need that reassurance that he'd want to be with me six weeks down the road much less six years."

Maynard had reportedly been courted by ABC to appear on The Bachelorette many times, but she was reluctant to be away from her 6-year-old daughter Ricki (named for her father, NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick, who was killed in a plane crash in 2004). ABC was apparently so eager to have her that they have decided to relocate the eighth season of The Bachelorette to North Carolina so that she can still be near her young daughter.
